Kamaka HF-4D Hawaiian Handmade Deluxe Koa Baritone Ukulele (#231229)

The Kamaka baritone ukulele shares its sound characteristics more with the guitar than it does a ukulele. Tuned the same as the higher 4-strings on a guitar, DGBE. But may we not forget this is a hand-built Kamaka ukulele, built out of Hawaiian koa wood. The koa wood gives this ukulele a pleasingly warm and full sound with a slight, but beautiful high-end sparkle. A perfect companion on the couch!
All models are made of Hawaiian koa wood with a lacquer finish to show fine grain highlights. Necks are made of mahogany, and fingerboards and bridges are rosewood. All models now include a custom Kamaka Ukulele case.
Deluxe models feature a rosewood top binding, "rope" purfling, "rope" rosette around the soundhole, and higher graded koa wood with more figuring and curl.
