The Big Island Spot is an internal single-head pickup for fan-braced ukuleles. It is designed with the player in mind who seeks a quicker and easier mount than our Aloha Twin pickup system. The second photo shows an installation on a basic fan-braced instrument. For ukuleles with X bracing we recommend our Aloha Twin, which is well suited for both bracing types. The Big Island Spot has a strong output signal even without a preamp.
